There should at least be a category where this is allowed... would prob stop a lot of threads from being created here too, only to result in moderation.

The conversation resulted in the eve mails, and that is the whole conversation that took place from start to finish. I have suspicion they were going to attempt a deposit scam anyway.

There may be 800 some people in the channel but I would say one half is trying to scam/awox and the other is trying to scam ships/isk from potential applicants.
