Ok so here is question i cannot find an answer for anywhere.

if there are multiple PI networks on a planet does that effect production of your PI?

IE
have two pi networks making the same thing and using the same hot spots, or extracter heads from someone else command center effect the amount of materials you gather?

yes. more extractors from different people will deplete faster. so using a planet that few people use is better

You can also over-extract all by yourself. If you are pulling materials out way faster then the replenish rate, you will deplete the area, just like if multiple players are extracting from the same zone.
