The counter-tactic is to ignore the AFK cloaker. It's just a harmless name in local.

As a former druid I can confirm this is very, very true. However, no local....but I compensated by /licking my prey to make sure they knew someone was watching them.

I once ratted in 0.0 systems with cloaked nuetrals in for 120 minutes trying to get a fight and all I got was this positive sec status and about 4 dread spawns (ammo and tags yo)

Are you nuts? There are a ton of Carebears in null, I am one of them, rarely pvp unless called on or asked to join a fleet but always in Null and can be normally found in Anom's in 1 of 5 systems.

An AFK cloaky never hurt anyone, because someone that is AFK simply cannot push the buttons necessary to hurt someone even if they wanted to. Cause, you know, you have to be at your keyboard to mash buttan. It's the non-afk cloaky camping your system that you're worried about Twisted.

Diablo 3 is garbage:

- Loot drops are either way under level complete crap or more suitable for a lower level character of another class.

- The whole game revolves around the AH (soon to be RMAH) and thats why loot drops suck.

- Crafting is crap and very expensive, better items can be bought at AH for and for cheaper in some cases.

- Inferno mode act 2 has an insane jump in enemy difficulty scaling so you'll be 1 shot all the time even by some white trash mobs, BE admits that this mode was not actually tested. At this point you will spend a ridiculous amount of time farming gold to buy upgrades at the AH that all cost absolute outlandish prices.

- Many people complaining about being hacked and items have gone mysteriously missing from the AH.

- Many complaints about latency problems and rubberbanding.

- Item stats are boring and some are just plain useless.

After waiting about 12 years for this dam game I am bitterly dissapointed with the end result. In my opinion the formula that made the Diablo franchise what it is, was completely gutted and replaced by a repetative and boring, money grubbing system that exploits and insults its long time and loyal fan base. Diablo will never be the same. Shame on Blizzard Entertainment!
