More functionality to recruitment channel

The recruitment channel as it is today creates to much redundance and make it hard for players to find a new home.

How it works today

Recruiters are more or less obligated to spam in order for their post to be visible. At the same time the pilots trying to find a new home can´t keep up with all the recruiters posting in the channel with their offers/ads/deal, what ever you want to name them.

I don´t understand why recruiters have access to others recruiters ads in the channel. Me as recruiter are NOT interested in others recruiters out there.

This information is intended for pilots looking for a new home, right?

In other words they are the ones interested in what we put on our ads.

Solution

When you log on the recruitment channel there should be two options

1. You are a recruiter
2. Pilot looking for a new home (corp)

This way if you are a recruiter you will ONLY see post made by players looking for a corp and vice versa.

Since there are to many recruiters it would be smart to implement a time limit of how fast/often you can present your ad aka spam. I would recommend 10min between every post you make.

This way pilots looking for a corp will have it easier to read through all the offers and contact the corp/recruiter of interest.

This post its open for ideas on how to improve my proposal

Thats an option,

but some things are hard to change and to be honest i don't think many players use that feature.

how do you think it works now,

Instead of 1000 perma ads as you call it they put 2000 since there are not mechanics to prevent spaming
