im still quite new. but i am also supprised by the low level of honour and morals people have in this game.
i value it highly and i will not interact with dishonorly people in a friendly way.

If you want 1v1s just go to 0.0, hunt for a system with a single other person in it, and then initiate the game of cat and mouse.

Not only are you almost certain to get a 1v1 out of it (assuming you know how to hunt), but you get to go through the *real* PvP experience - tracking someone down, narrowing down their position via probes or logic, and engineering a trap where you can engage, followed by a little shooting at the end.

If I bother actually accepting a challenge, I'll honor a 1v1.

Mainly just so I can see if I can kill you before your backup arrives, tho, and I am quite likely to lie about what I am bringing so that you bring something that I hard counter.

Honourable 1v1's pretty much died out in year 2/3 of EVE. At first ppl where more worried about not honouring them and getting a bad reputation , then Like everything else the ****** attitude came in and suddenly it was clever to trick peeps into 1v1 and gank them.

Idiots will always ruin a good thing, pretty much describes the human race really.

I'm the sort of pilot who will honor a 1v1 vs the sort of person who honors 1v1s, but would gladly gank the **** out of a ganker.

Subjective honor ftw. Its honestly more respect than honor, I'm not a very honorable person Roll.
