CCP FIX the war deck EXPLOIT!!

Ok, first i would like to state.
No im not quitting atm, and no im not trolling..

Ok..

We war deck a corp to kill their wormhole POS so we could kill them on the high sec entrance side of their wormhole etc.
We decked them like 9 days ago and paid 50 million isk, now they seem to be hopping about from alliances to make the war go on indefinate.

So just to clarify, we paid once and the war just keeps on going and the starting date of the war just gets reset back to 0 everytime they join a new alliance...

We got a new bill alert yesterday saying we have one week to pay a bill.... so that means we will have been at war for 2 and half weeks for one war deck fee of 50 mill. BUGGED system!

Nice Bug CCP, Nice Bug! Can't you guys ever, ever create a successfull expasnion? Corp hopping was classed as an exploit will this also be classed as an exploit?

The alliacne is now ejecting corps from the alliance and closing them.

It's a two way street. I think what you are describing sounds awesome... so you are NOT paying to extend the war? Am I reading that right? That's awesome! You can keep killing them! I hope a target does that to me when I'm ready to start laying down wardecs. Or that they just pay. Either way. Corp hopping was to shield a corp from decing. That was the problem. Yours is that they keep the dec going... which sounds pretty good to me. I say roll with it! /2 isk

Sounds like they decced a wh carebear corp for easy kills. If things go badly, they can always close the hole and be far away. Instead, now, they're getting pwned by friends in highsec, the wh reset to somewhere far away, and the war won't end.

tl;dr:
Someone bite off more than they could chew.

Sir you obviously do not know what you are talking about...

1) We have a prober alt in there.
2) Wars are now pointless, people only assist for extra targets that is all.
3) Is there a limit on the number of wars we can declare if so, this is an exploit to prevent us from doing other wardecks.

I still think you should just randomly camp trade hubs and make it hell for them... add all their guys to your watch list. It's a battle of wills. Seems like good war to me.

My questions for the OP are:

1. Why did you war dec the corp in the first place?

2. Did they do somehting to you or your members first?

3. Are they competion in the same systems your corp operates in?

If all of your answers to these are "No", then perhaps you should avoid war decing corps without reason. I have always thought the War dec system in EVE was a bit "unguided". There should always be an underlying reason for a war between corporations. Maybe the new system is designed to do just that. Make it so costly, that randon war decs will be a thing of the past.

All is fair in war. Corp closing mechanism is as it always was. The only difference now is that their "helpers" that joined the defender side only for more targets, are wiping the floor with your genitalia meanwhile, which is working as intended.

I'm still not too clear on what is going on here. How could your wardec costs inflate like that? Mercs coming into the dec don't count towards the cost of the dec, was my understanding. If they joined a larger alliance then yah you might want to fold up shop because that's a valid way to win a war... but by subordinating themselves to another alliance they lost something too. There's always the risk that you will loose the war and have to capitulate... you can still surrender right? Thus ending the war? If all that happened was this corp you deced joined a larger alliance I would say you really don't have a valid complaint. That's a logical choice for a defender corp... to surrender part of their freedom and possibly some ISK to a bigger power to fight you off. If what is happening though is some kind of error in the wardec calculation compounding the number of players in that calculation without giving you the targets that go with those numbers then there is a fundamental problem with the wardec mechanic and I would say using it is an exploit. I hate to ask you to do this but could you give us a breakdown... the play by play of what your target has done? Like: "Corp A decs Corp B. Corp B drops alliance A. Corp B joins alliance B. Corp B Joins alliance C. We are issued a charge for the war based on all members of Alliances A, B, and C. Something like that?

How can they abandon the corp if they are in a wormhole system? That would mean they have to unanchor all the towers and other stuff in there and anchor it with the new corp.

So why are you whining on the forums while you could be in there and steal all the towers as soon as they get unanchored??

confirming starhug paid 50mil to get pwned by defender and allies and are now crying about it
the amount of nubs that have been slaughtered means NickyYo is not fit to lead a corp

There were those who protested the war but there was no real backin out of it unless you lived close to Canada. I remember there was a guy named steve who did just that. He went to canada and became a pro wrestler. Last I heard he had a moterbike accident but was ok.

Anyways... what were we.... Did you know that my Grandson Roy can type really fast? He's a smart kid for 13... or 15.... or whatever he is..
