Dont smoke. Worked for me. I just stopped. That was 4 or so years ago.
Then again, I did get pneumonia 9 times in like 2 years, so I had motivation to stop irritating my lungs

the jonesing is bad today. i've heard 3rd day is the worst but i haven't had any alcohol through the week so i'm actually fearing this weekend if i even touch a beer the urge will go through the roof. am also told not having a single drink for like 3 weeks is needed but that seems horrible.

i tried electronic cigs before and they didn't seem to do much, especially if i used the vapor only cartridges, i didn't feel like substituting the ones with nicotine vice for vice. hypnosis and acupuncture was also worthless.

i've been using bamboo toothpicks just to chew on something as they don't fall apart like normal ones. seems to help a bit.

can't seem to concentrate at work for ****.

You value your life too much. I personally look forward to dieing hence why i cant breath unless i controll it. I cant get excited because that disturbs self-controll and gets me unable to breathe for some time.. rather painfull .. but it gets towards self controll i guess. .
