Black Space after undock / no reactions from ingame windows

Greetings,

I created an alt today and started the tutorial. Unfortunately I experienced some hard bugs. For example I warped somwhere but no objects loaded. When I talked to aura for the tutorial, I got no response when I clicked "next" or "abort" or anything. I only could close the game with the task manager, because quit game didn't work either.

Always when I undock I enter into black space. I can open the windows ingame, but nothing loads in there, no money in my wallet and no informations. I still can chat, but he does not show my picture in the chat.

For some reason, I only have this issue on my alt and not on my other 2 characters.

I already updated my graphic driver and I cleared my cache files 3 times, in the launcher and ingame in the menu.

Does somebody has a clue what is going on ?

I have the exact same problem!

I'm using linux here.
