Does anyone know how much faction standing I will lose by doing this mission (and the next mission)?

I checked eve survival, but it didn't give any numbers (sometimes it does).

Also, if you have answers for the next mission in the chain (heresy-ology or something like that), I'd appreciate that too.

I ran it quite a while ago.

The BS in Obsidian incur normal BS rat standing loss, which is very small, something like -0.018 per tick.

Ammatar Navy Detective frigate in Heresology counts as misc deadspace object, and incur a large standing loss, -2.4 if I remember correctly. Some genius at CCP decided to put together all misc things that formerly didn't have a standing penalty, and slapped on a big one for good measure.

To Amarr again, or Ammatar (it annoys me that the earlier standing loss is to Amarr when the ship is called Ammatar)?


I recently was offered "Fetching Friends", and saw it was a -0.0065% standing loss (according to Eve Survival, and I confirm)-> not so bad, so I did it.

Then I was also offered (not the same agent, but from the same station) "Escaped dissident", a pathetic lvl 1 mission where you kill 10 minmatar frigates, I was expecting minimal standing losses, I instead got -2.4 for each room... ouch

Now I need to finish the Winmatardfire arc to get my Minny standings back above 7.00 (so I can do it again in 3 months) - but I had just gotten my Amarr standings into the positive, now it looks like they'll be going negative again as I try to keep my Minny standings up.

I did that a week ago, and for some reason, I did not lose any standing at all with Amarr. Not that it matters, since I'm already -5.66..

I know one day I will want to repair that. I dread that day.

Players usually post the amount of standing hit in the comments section of the Eve Survival Mission Reports. Always a good idea to read those.

Anyway, I completed that arc in Dec 2011.


Minmatar Level 4 Epic Arc - Wildfire - Chapter 3, Revelation

Mission 1 - Church of the Obsidian

  • Destroying all NPC's at gate incured -0.06% Amarr Faction standing loss for Ship Kill.

  • Destroying all NPC's in pocket incured -0.06% Amarr Faction standing loss for Ship Kill.


Mission 2 - Heresiology

  • Destroying all NPC's incured -3.0% Ammatar Mandate Faction standing loss for Ship Kill.
