Is the WIS promenade being scrubbed or is it still in the works for future release?

Just curious because I was pretty excited about this feature over the last few years but I haven't heard anything in the last several months about it.

We haven't heard anything about the wis in a while, so I assume he's doing fine, despite the multi billion isk bounty on his head.

Yeah the Wis is old news now, mittens has moved on to scrubbing the entire universe instead of focusing on one little man.
