What are yours?

EDIT:
I knew this would be fun topic. ;) By all means keep the forum jockey-jokes coming they are funny.

So I seem to remember some guidelines from a fanfest long ago that talked about being yourself as a person and not as your in game character (something the Mittens apologized for doing comes to mind).

Maybe some tips from those that went to iceland about how to make the most of a real life event?

Women will not be as impressed by your titan as you think they will (should) be.

If you have to ask, stay home and don't bother anyone.

"Look any reason why you need to talk like that? I have now reported you. I dont need to listen to your bad tone. If you cant have a grown up conversation then leave the thread["

Try to talk to women like they're just another guy. Try to talk to guys like you're not a basement dwelling MMO player. Big smile

So close...

Don't wear a Wizard Hat and be a total arse even if you really are one......

OK, you can wear the hat.

For a social gathering, always best to be friendly and polite. Definitely be careful about what you say or do because your comments and actions just may be recorded.

If food and or drink are available it always helps to pay for the first round of drinks or type of food available, like an extra large Pizza.

Especially if that Pizza has lot's of toppings.

Yum Yum.

I just spent 8 hours working in the garden.
Every bone in my body aches and I found muscles I forgot all about.

BUT I feel great and I even worked on my tan.
Outdoor work during the summer is good for everything.

Don't whine if you can't use/don't like something. Whining never works in real life.
I doubt half the people here would be able to actually make it outside of their basements.

If you plan to steal all the food, make sure you fit sufficient tackle and set up bookmarks near the exits first.

Unless youre going to a pirate meetup, dont tell people youre -10. Some are a little too emotionally wrapped up in this game.

Then drink it all yourself, try to throw up in a place no one will notice and spend £20 on one of those horrible kebab pizzas on the way home. They always seem like such a good idea, then the first two slices sober you up and you actually have to taste the rest.

Also, never bring ketamine unless you know everyone extremely well, contrary to popular belief it is not a party drug. And no you do not have a quirky, eccentric "Jack Sparrow" flair about you just because you can't walk in a straight line or form coherent sentences.
