I would let it go if it couldn't set a dangerous precedent for future decisions.

Also if CCP is going to harm entities like Hydra and Outbreak by looking at the voices of people who have no connections to them they would fall in a pit too deep to climb out.
This isn't for you guys and girls of Hydra and Outbreak. You just happen to be the ones getting crushed by what seems a biased ruling build upon sand.
I know you have no chance of entering ATX simply because now all spots are gone anyways. Even if there were a revision you would stand outside the AT.

I cry out because this decision and the aftermath is a slap in the face of every players. Just that a lot of them just don't see it or don't see it yet.
All that has to happen is everyone to remain silent and next year we might end up with other victims who get slapped with consequences towards unproven idea's, suggestions and assumptions.

They gave us the rope to hang ourselves with then stood back purposefully and claimed suicide. You only do that with folks you want to inflict damage on. With the inconsistencies that followed pertaining to the same rules would suggest that the remaining teams are pretty much free to do as they please without reprise as we, the targets of the specially designed rules, are out.

So its over. Let it go.

How exactly does clarification hurt you?

And yes, I think what you guys did what was stupid, but if CCP honestly cared about the quality of matches in this AT, they would have stepped in and told you guys to knock it off rather than just remain silent on the sidelines.

No they did not make this perfectly clear, neither Hydra nor 0utbreak have been banned from future tournaments.
They wouldn't have been banned from this one either if their brains hadn't been offline.

Our fault for being naive enough to think that trying to communicate with them in good faith was the correct approach.

Perhaps if we spent as much time sucking up to CCP devs as you do we would've known how petty they can be.

Good luck to you in the AT this year, perhaps your claims to fame will extend past losing uniques and fielding Moas.

Trying to communicate in good faith is all very well and good, but your behavior was still pretty damn stupid for lots of reasons I won't bother rehashing.

I must be really bad at this sucking up to devs thing since Sreegs has actually forbidden me to set foot within CCP buildings xD (or more likely you're just full of **** in addition to being stupid)

As for my claims to fame, I have lots more than just uniques and moas, guess petty devs and following rules aren't the only subjects you're ignorant on :(

Why do you keep asking that ? it's obviously at their own discretion, i.e. they answer the mail if they feel like it / have time / know the answer / aren't passed out in a gutter / don't think somebody else already answered it / don't get distracted by something shiny

I'm sure they try to respond to reasonable queries as they did for PL and RvB, but I doubt they have it very well organized, the alliance tournament tends to not be since it's done in people's free time in addition to their normal jobs.
(or that's how it was in the past anyway, dunno how it is this time)

They already said they messed up in not responding to Hydra/0utbreak so I dunno what you're looking for here..

A slurred "mea culpa" buried between tens of "cool story bros" isn't exactly saying that. Also, usually people in positions of power who mess up are assumed to try to make amends and fix things instead of making up reasons why the mistake supposedly didn't matter... Just see below.

CCP can't do anything now (again) if CCP would let hydra outbreak and YOUR VOTES DON’T COUNT not only they will have to do another draft has also they would get lots of alliance complaining and these 3 alliances combined only have 600
