Well I guess I'm out 18b.

Well-played, Lex. I especially enjoyed the character assassination from your alt/friend...not just enough to take my money.

I just don't think I'm cut out for this game.

All I have left is that 2b...I'm probably better off just giving it away before somebody else takes it from me, then calls me a bunch of mean names to boot.

im gone for a month and people send over 20b without any questions for "trading bonds"? What has happened to my beloved MD?

This is probably it for me in this game...I just got wiped out sending Cebraio back his 2b...

Don't be to hard on yourself Cebraio. It's stuff like this that makes this game so much fun. Hell, I lost 8B once cause I was drunk and stoopid and didn't bother to scout the next gate. Cool

agree completely. We've all lost something (T4U was my downfall), chalk it up to experience and get back to having some fun in the game

Wow...and now I'm being scammed by my fellow scammee after I was kind enough to send him back the last 2b I had.

I guess it just goes to show that strangers have no incentive to deal honestly with you, nor are there real repercussions to them not doing so. In addition, it is impossible to verify and evaluate the statements of others, and people will even use alts or friends to back up their lies.

Well that's a costly lesson learned for me about the nature of Eve. With that in mind, if anyone is feeling generous enough to just give me some start up money, even a few hundred million, that would be greatly appreciated. I think we all deserve a second chance. I'd say I'd pay it back when I could, but I think we've all learned what value the promise of a stranger holds in Eve.

Ok, cut it Darth. You made your point, but I think everybody here knows who did what, regardless of proof.

We delivered a good show. Happy and sad clown. Everybody laughed and you got paid 2B, while I came out with empty pockets. Is that fair? At least share the door money.

Btw, I sent you an eve mail explaining my situation with tears and all (you wish).

I can't take everyone's lying in this thread any more. It's just all too confusing for a simple and honest soul like myself.

Somebody was already kind enough to send me 100m to help me get started again, so I guess not everyone in Eve is an evil liar. I know my promise to pay it back isn't worth anything, but as I said in the thank you mail, I will anyway. Now just a few 100m more from some other kind souls, and I'll be able to get a good mission ship and get myself back on track.

Ok, everyone can stop sending me money now. I have 500m, which is plenty to get started again. I'll pay everyone back as soon as possible.
