There's an online usage chart showing your golden age. The gradual decline at the end of the all-time numbers is the death knell for Eve if the trend is not reversed. CCP claims nine years of subscription growth and 400k subscribers, but those numbers have to be cooked, if the online user numbers are in long-term decline. Denial is your only friend in this case. The numbers speak for themselves.

they read right to left, brogurt.

when you start suggesting that a company is cooking its published financial reporting because you really want to win an argument about spaceboats, you seriously need to unplug, go for a walk, and evaluate your life choices.

And when you ignore that the numbers are down significantly from their peak and show a clear, long term decline to win an argument about spaceships, you should join him on that walk.

1) I wasn't ignoring anything because an actual analysis of the numbers was never in question.

2) Equating a (nonexistent) analysis of the actual statistics in terms of interpretation and validity with the suggestion that a company is misreporting its public finances is nearly as bad as the suggestion itself. I recommend you also take a long walk to evaluate your life.

3) Not only is the value of pcu statistics questionable, when it is subs that ultimately matter, but a decrease has multiple alternate explanations beyond a terminal decline in the overall population. Furthermore, any decline in the overall population is also attributable to multiple possible factors, not necessarily whatever issue currently has your figurative panties in a bunch.

4) The chart in question far from shows a terminal decline, and actually shows an overall upward trend from the recent incarna expansion low. Furthermore, by your logic, any time previously where the pcu declined after reaching a new peak would constitute a terminal decline, which by looking at the graph is irrefutably untrue.

5) You just got ******* smoked on multiple levels. I suggest you unplug, go for a walk, and contemplate the stupidity that has brought you to this point, though you are likely too stupid to acknowledge your obvious stupidity, and instead you will choose to ham-fist out some illogical and irrelevant response so you can stave off the long dark introspection into your own pig-headed idiocy for one more day.

I'm more inclined to think her and the antagonist are actually having an affair and the kidnapping is just a coverup to keep the naive hero in the dark and busy on a fruitless quest.

So close...

I know I'm winning an argument when the other guy uses his final point to sum up his position with whargarble.

An increase in player-driven content is almost certainly a good thing, but as this content reduces the viability of various activities, thus reducing choice, I cant help but feel the sandbox is shrinking and is slowly becoming a themepark, albeit a heavily modified one.

As much as I would love to see what you're seeing, you do realise the graph's read from right to left don't you?

Why are you paying for this game when you would love to see it failing?

I hate non-consensual PVP so much I am going to pay for the only game that truly allows it and post post after post saying it is bad.

Seriously if you would love to see Eve Die help it along by gtfo.
