Nano Shield Oracle in small to medium roams.

I was looking at some of the nano-shield Oracle fits and wondering how they would fair in a nano-shield roam.

My FC usually likes Long Range on our Nano-Shield fleets so I was thinking about using Meta3 beams (training now for Large T2 Energy weapons) with various faction ammo.

Does anyone have experience using this type of Oracle fit in a Roam? I'm just a bit bored with Nano Drakes and Canes.

I was contemplating that as well, however I was trying to fill the "long-range" request of the FC.

Use scorch, if you can't use T2/scorch yet don't fly the ship. If he's asking for 100km range then beams can make sense, it all depends on the strategy the FC wants to use.
