Mission pool database per Agent/Region?

Hey everyone

I couldn't find any relevant information, maybe I just didn't search deep enough.

But is there a database, or any way, to find out where I can get a specific mission?

What I am searching for is any way to find out where and which mission is likely to come, like a list missions available in different regions, corporation the NPC is from etc.

Is there also a difference if the lv4 agent is in Low-Sec?

Currently I reside in Caldari Space.

Any ideas would be appreciated, but I don't expect much though.

Cheers

I don't think there's a database that says which agents give which mission. Your security agents will basically draw from a pool of missions that may involve any races you aren't currently allied with, but the most hated enemies tend to come up more frequently.

As Gallente, I get most missions offered versus Caldari and Serpentis, but also a fair diversity with Angel, Drones, Mordus, Gurista, Blood Raiders, EOM, etc etc. Never had a mission against Minmatar, other than one mission involving rogue minis with no standing loss. You can troll through eve-survival.org for lots of comments from people who have run the missions and may be able to get clues for what space they were in.

The lower the security status of the mission agent's system, the higher the payout and LP reward will be. I don't think it effects the kinds of missions you will get other than they will have more pvp risk involved.

Wow I wrote quite a long thread, posted it and nothing came out... well again but now a bit shorter...

Missions I get are from either: Sansha Nation, Blood Raider, Mercenaries, Gallente Federation quite often (Enemies Abound), Drones, Angel Extravaganza and quite rarely Guristas Pirates.

My standings are: http://i.imgur.com/jXiow.png

So is this fact or speculation? Because Guristas is my most hated faction but I get this one the rarest.

Not only that, but there are many different missions for all the factions I'm bad with. Like Shipyard theft, nine tenths of the wormholes, blockade ...

Are these missions just very rare, or available for different agents in different regions only?

after having run missions for a dozen or so different corps i am pretty certain that every agent has a hardcoded pool of missions. i faintly remember having read this somewhere but even if i didn't, my experience is that each agent only has a pool of 15-20 missions which are offered randomly.
also note that each mission is always at the exact same coordinates in the same system for the same agent. so if for example an agent offers you the blockade two jumps away, it will always be two jumps away and you will always align in the exact same direction after jumping to the target system.

I should buy an Ishtar.

Your personal standings have nothing to do with the missions offered, I think Gianath was referring to the corp you're doing missions for and their allies. The missions offered will vary according to region and the faction of the agent you get it from.

Your standings look like you've done a lot of missions for the Caldari, maybe in Amarr space?

In Caldari space missioning for Caldari allied corporations you'll get more Guristas missions than anything else, but they'll also gladly send you after any of the other pirate factions too, as well as Gallente and Minmatar. A Caldari corporation agent would never send you out to do a mission against the Amarr because they're allied. If the missions take place in Amarr space you would also probably see more Blood Raiders missions, but not as many as if you were working for an Amarrian corp.

If you're getting very few Guristas missions is it because you've changed regions or corporation you're missioning for? The random number generator could also just be spitting out more missions against other factions than usual.

Some missions do seem rarer than others, but I don't know if anyone has ever compiled a list of specific agents that offer them. If you're looking for something specific your best bet is to head to the corresponding rival faction and work for them.

Yeah sounds logical to fight only against the enemies from the corp / faction

Well, maybe I just got unlucky a bit with receiving guristas missions only... I'd really like to have more Guristas Extravaganza, for now its only Angel

I'm doing missions in Caldari State atm, always for Caldari Navy. Now I'm trying to do some missions for Lai Dai Corp to see if I get difference missions.

Too bad that you can't get every mission from the enemy faction/corp, I had blockade only on level 2 and level 3 missions. Would like that one on lv4 at least once.

Have a look at this. (Scroll down to "Blockade, The.")

It looks like there is a Level 4 version of The Blockade, but not against Guristas.

From my experience it is at the very least regional. I'm down in Minmatar space and pull 90% of missions against the Angel Cartel. Tried swapping to a Gallente agent in Minmatar space, though only a level 2, and seems mostly Angel Cartel as well. Which not even my Kronos enjoys fighting. Crap...

Hey

Yeah I know that its available for level 4s, and not for Guristas.

But as I fight Blood Raiders, Sanshas Nation, Serpentis, Angel Cartel I should've gotten it at least once for now...

I personally think that Mission Pool depends most on the Region. I've switch from Black Rise to Lonetrek, and I had Recon and Vengeance, which I didn't have once in Black Rise.

I also switched to an agent from yet another corp - I will know if the Agents corp is also depend on the pool when I try some missions from another corp again.
