'Service Unavailable' notifications when transferring a character

Some of you may have noticed that you get a 'Service Unavailable' notification when you attempt to transfer a character from one account to another. The message you receive indicates that the character in question has a skill in training and that he needs to stop it in order to transfer to the new account.

The team responsible for character transfers will be working on a new descriptive error message which will be deployed in early June.

If stopping the training does not work, then you should contact Customer Support where we can verify the issue.

It will be good, If You will add additional post to "bazar rules":

You can't transfer more than one character to|from one account at the same time.

How about fixing the thing and making it automatic like it was before?

This issue is still germane.


I've attempted for the last 6 days to transfer a toon to a corpmate with absolutely no luck.


GM Cydonnia attempted to position the blame on the receiving account as not having an available open character slot and that was simply NOT TRUE. The receiving account had one open slot, so I believe that no real due diligence is being done and that CCP is hiding the truth with respect to character transfers.

All requirements have been met to the letter, payment will not go through either with Paypal or Mastercard even though I use both those sources regularly to pay my accounts game time.


I think theres more here than CCP is admitting to.



Send out the black helicopters.

The message I get is "Could not complete your order. Please try again later or contact customer support."

Tried 2 credit cards so thats not it. Checked for skill training, thats not it. Other guy has open slot so thats not it.

Sigh.

yeah was trying to trancfer a char last night and the seller had the same problems, we tried with credit canrd and also tried the PLEX option.

STILL NOT FIXED
