OK... I'll be more specific then... just for ur amusement :\

I open character sheet and go to kill rights and says "no kill rights found". That means I have no kill rights on nobody *AND* nobody has on me? or it may be I don't have kill rights on nobody but somebody does on me?

... I've been away for the game for like a year... plz forgive the noobness and the failed google-fu. :P

You are correct.
The character sheet would show both incoming and outgoing killrights.
