In short:
I am looking for a short term bond of 10B to be repaid in full (+interest) 30 days from when the bond becomes filled. I am currently cross-region trading with 2 characters. I simply buy stuff in Jita and use public courier contracts to move the items to a smaller hub, where I sell them for a profit. The problem I have run into is that my Primary Target Hub has maxed out my current trading character (max order skills) and almost all of my ISK. In anticipation of this, I have trained up a second trading character that has enough skills for 229 orders. My intention is to move this character into a Secondary Target Hub and potential double my income. This is where you guys come in. I do not have the initial ISK investment to make significant headway in the Secondary Target Hub.

Current business:
My current trading empire is worth around 20B when on the market (so between 13B and 15B Jita buy orders). It is a simple business and I only trade in items that are going to make immediate profits (if the sell order in target hub is higher than sell order in Jita) and almost no market manipulation is done as there are many more people out there with much more money than me. I sell all kinds of items and ships and have a very good turnover. I am currently making a solid 3B+ net profit per month from my Primary Target Hub.
Just over a year ago I started trading with ISK from a single GTC. I am now funding two accounts and have almost no ISK worries in EvE.
An audit can be arranged to prove all of this if required.

The Business Plan:
Basically, I hope to move into a second hub as well as my first in an attempt to repeat the same success I have had in my first hub. All items will either be in station under my control (either in Jita or in the Secondary Target Hub on the market) or in a fully collateralised courier contract en route between the two. There is no risk at all from 3rd parties.

I am not willing to offer collateral due to all my ISK being tied up in my Primary Target Hub.

Assets:
I have a few assets lying around worth about 1B that could be easily liquidated in an emergency. If anything happens to invested money, I can take items off my Primary Target Hub and sell them in Jita to reimburse. This is possible for the entire 10B bond.

Risks:
Obviously the main risk is that this is a scam. All I can say is that is not a scam, as reputation is the most important thing in EvE and I have no intention of ruining mine for the sake of 2.5 months profit.
I do have a job and a life outside of EvE so there is a chance I might die/incapped/coma whatever. As a result a close IRL friend has my login details and a link to this thread with details on how to pay out ISK.

Lex Fasces is my main.
Devoider is the trading character for the Primary Target Hub.
Rixx Javixx (a cheap imitation of the real one) is the trading character for the Secondary Target Hub.
Omgomgogomgomgoaoa is the Jita buying character.

Exit Strategy:
If this doesn’t end well, then I will be able to take the hit on my Primary Target Hub market orders and sell up to pay back the 10B invested ISK.

Payouts:
30 days from the end of the investment period, I will pay out your initial investment with your interest added on top. If you invest 100m, I will send back 110m. If you send 1B, I will send back 1.1B and so on.

Length of Investment Period – 30days

anyway, 3b still up for grabs if this bonds ends up not being a scam...if it is...ah well I guess

Lex Fasces closed the offering temporarily because of the lack of interest - he will have an internet spaceships accountant/detective ("auditor") go over his numbers who will then write a report for potential investors (along the lines of "I can confirm that Lex does indeed do station trading, he makes a nice profit doing so, what he told you about his NAV is accurate, he has not been engaged in any shady activities recently").

"would like to pledge 20b" is an EVE meme and not to be taken seriously.

Darth Tickles/SetrakDark/Elise DarkStar argues that there is no viable foundation for (unsecured) investments in this game - from his point of view the incentive to scam will sooner or later always overcome the incentives to stay honest.
He thinks only the gullible throw their money at such offerings and while they are in the business of handing out free money why not get some for himself, too?

Now the slightly confusing part is that SetrakDark actually had a pretty good reputation on this forum and could have easily borrowed and stolen a nice chunk of ISK when he became disillusioned with the MD system - but he didn't.
Maybe it's similar to the people who think that posting scams in Jita local is ok (because who could ever be so stupid to fall for them? trololol) but that scamming on this forum is condemnable for some reason?

I had considered a few times sending him the ISK he asked for myself just to force him into a decision (merely trolling or actually scamming?) but I guess you did that job for the rest of us.

tl;dr this offering isn't filled yet, Darth Tickles didn't invest 20b, he is trolling, Darth Tickles is not a character you want to send ISK (unless you had prior business dealings with SetrakDark), good luck trying to get your 2b back but please don't blame Lex for this.
