Fact: Eve Online has grown year on year for 9 years continuously
Myth: Eve Online is dying

FACT: Everything in Eve Online has a direct relationship to PVP
Myth: PVP is just shooting ships

FACT: For 0 inflation x needs to equal y where is x is sandcastles built and y is sand castles stomped
Myth: Building my own resources all by myself has no effect on anybody else

FACT: There are limited resources in Eve Online
Myth: Doing my own PVE does not take away opportunities from others

FACT: Emergent game play is a pillar of Eve Online's development and lore.
Myth: CCP should control player style

FACT: Eve Online high security space has been getting progressively safer for 36 months (since Apocrypha expansion)
Myth: Eve Online high security space is unplayable due to danger levels.

FACT: Inferno/Crucible changes restore the balance and tension between player styles that dominated Eve Online 2007-2009
Myth: Suicide ganking is too easy and has no consequences.

Another desperate attempt to shore up the bad-boy (and I do mean boy) image of Eve. Slogans are not facts. One player does not define reality for the rest.

While they were exceptional pirates for their time, they've never reached the level of GoonFleet's organization and power.

Emergant gameplay as I perceive it is any gameplay that expands or alters the perimeters of normal gameplay styles.
