Clone jumping resulting in destruction

"Clone jumping will result in the destruction of the existing clone you have installed here (and its implants!) given that your current body must replace it before jumping.

You will lose a Jump Clone! Are you absolutely sure you want to do this?"

This warning, aside from being very vague as to which clone will be destroyed, is extremely confusing.

I am trying to clonejump from null-sec into high-sec. My null-sec clone (which i am jumping from) has a set of standard implants, the high sec one (which i am jumping to) has none. I dont mind losing the high sec clone, since its empty, but this warning makes it seem as if the null-sec clone will be destroyed, which would be very upsetting and SHOULD NOT happen.

I was always able to jump back and forth easily before inferno, why is it telling me now that a clone will be destroyed in the process of jumping, this makes absolutely no sense.

Sounds like you're maxed on jump clones and are trying to jump to a station without a jump clone installed, perhaps.

So close...

Sounds more like you're trying to jump FROM a station with a JC already installed. Since you can't have two JCs in the same station, the body you're jumping from will become the clone and any JC already installed will be destroyed.

So, you're a bounty hunter. No, that ain't it at all. Then what are you? I'm a bounty hunter.

I believe that's the warning when you try to jump where you have a clone, and are in the same station. You might want to make sure you've selected the right clone to jump to.
GankerClone is in Jita. For whatever reason, you flew to jita in your mission clone. You decide you want to jump to your ganker clone, and you'd get that warning.

That, or i'm totally wrong, either one.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

This is the message you get when you're in a station and already have a jump clone there and try to JC out - since you already have a JC there, you can't leave another one (as you would do if you jump-cloned out, leaving two JC's in the same station) so one of the two gets destroyed at random. Move to a different station and JC out of there. As for why there's a one JC limit per station, don't ask me, but it probably has something to do with 'sessions'.
