Well no more eve until I get it fixed. tata, off to Firefall beta, at least its got a Beta tag. which Eve should have even 9 years later.

I did it when I tried setting a Meta level filter, had it accidentally turned on with a wrong metalevel (44, oops), after some fiddling around, I found out why all my items were gone, and appeared back when I deleted the faulty filter.


Done that, checked assets, I was in Wspace for ages, came back to rens, after this patch.: STUFF VANISHED.

Has to be patch related because it was there pre patch, I wasnt in rens, came back after the patch. stuff gone. Too much of a concidence. GMs even said its a know issue and their work around didn't work.

NO stuff, NO Sub. Simple outcome.

I, too, had hundreds of billions of assets in Rens. Logs will show nothing so I will accept it back in cash tia.

This happened to me, but I was able to recover them myself, although CCP support did acknowledge this as a known issue.

For My BPO's at that station, I just went to the blueprints tab of the Science & Industry section of that station (low and behold they appeared) then right click and either try to manufacture (up to the point it errors) or contract to one of your alts/corpmates

after I tried to MFG, the BPO appeared in my item hanger, rinse and repeat for each one, and viola !

For the items, I finally was able to find some of them by doing a search on the search tab of the Assets window, then follow the same deal, contract them to alt/corpmate and back.

Kind of convoluted, but I did get all my stuff back without having CCP do anything.

Have you tried this guys suggestion? Seems he had a similar issue (and managed to find most of his stuff by using the search function in assets)
(I'm aware you're a known scammer/troll, however I still will treat in as a genuine issue you have, as it is soemthing quite severe, and not something an Eve player should go trough, as assets in EvE are more important then other games due to the deathpenalty in the game)

No, it doesn't. Buying ISK = ISK gets removed, not items.

It's the rust in those Minmatar stations.

Part of the floor in the hangar decks collapsed due to corrosion and all the stuff in the affected hangars was jettisoned into space.

Blame your incompetent maintenance staff.

Just so people know, i got stuff taken as well, and CCP are trying to blame me that i never even purchased the stuff when i sent them screenshots of all my wallet transaction in clear proof that i got missing items from my hanger since last tuesday.. and im still waiting for a reply after the initial I didn't buy it.... so the OP is correct in things are missing from peoples hangars since inferno and patches, so you all need to check your sh!t just in case its something u dont care about but is still missing from your hangars. PS, Im not in rens

Not exactly true.

Investigations reveal if items were purchased with the RMT ISK and those items will be removed too.

So what you are saying is you have an open petition which the GMs are helping you on but sadly their last suggested workaround did no work? What exactly do you expect this thread will achieve? Nobody on the forums can help you out any more than the GMs can, and they don't have a magical "GIVE ALL ASSETS THAT DISAPPEARED BACK" button that they are refusing to press for you.

I've never heard of them doing that — the item transactions were made legally; the ISK is all that shouldn't be there, so that's what gets removed…

Well i cant personally speak for others, but i didn't use RMT, ccp can investigate that all they want i dont care, dont even care about the isk either, just want my shield booster back

Hmmm... well it looks like my stuff is intact. Was this just in Rens? Was it on the hanger floor or in cans? Do you know what the deal is with respect to why this happened to you?
