CCP remove fighting from 1.0 and .9 space.

Removing combat from 1.0 and .9 space will give the new players a chance to enjoy the game and give players who dont want combat a place of peace.

New players are already protected in the starter systems from can baiters and they dont have anything worth ganking.

Well, I'm one of the new players he mentioned and I'm scared of lo-sec, so no thanks! Some people say it's safer than hi-sec, but that's only if you have friends.
