CCP needs to take a hard look at Goonswarm and Hulkageddon to save EVE.

Thank you for proving my "adapt" point. It's not a sandbox if WE can't play as WE like. Hell, i don't even mine but i feel sorry for those who do. According to your logic, I should be able to demand ccp focuses on adding dirt track racing to our sandbox because how I want to play is as the dirt track racing king (or queen, whatever). They should drop all other development because, I want dirt track racing.

Sorry, that makes no sense at all. This is a sandbox, but like all sandbox games, there are rules, boundries, and limitations from the game itself. You can't play as a starship pilot in WoW, you can't be a wizard in grand theft auto. And in eve, like it or not, you can't escape pvp. You may not like the adage "adapt" then your other choice is move along, this isn't the mmo you were looking for.

As for those claiming the community is less friendly, it all depends where you look. Ample people are helping others out still, don't let the negativity of the forums convince you otherwise.

There are already several (intelligent) miners who said they've been making a killing. If worst comes to worst, CCP can remove player mining altogether and just seed minerals/materials into the game.

I have not find any mmo with such developed industry/market feature than eve, so i'll stick around :)

Saying a single playstyle is the only valid reason to play a sandbox mmo is ridiculous, bad joke at best Roll

I don't believe a sandbox could work with only one kind of playstyle, or players which means hulkagedon is somehow ok as well as industry or PVP ect...

Today's GD is about what the worst of what i would have seen in crime&punishment back in 2007. The community is ****. This IS the mmo that i like, you are just hellbent on not allowing me to ENJOY it. I understand sandbox but there are limits. Right now inmates are running the prison. Its NOT sandbox if you have to stick to a certain gameplay method or you get griefed.
