Allow Auto-Repeat On Probe Launchers

As the title says. Allow the probe launchers to be toggled on and off for auto repeat.

Pros:
No spamming the probe launcher to launch probes.

Cons:
None i can think of

Would think this is a quick change with little testing needed.

Ehhhhhh...I guess this is ok....but kinda lower priority.
