There wa a thread abo this in general discussion about two weeks ago, one of the devs, don't recall who, said the lack of info onthe subject was due to the crimewatch changes never being intended for inferno.

Ecm drones, scorpions, blackbirds, etc etc, coupled with energy neuts, means no more logi. I never leave home without at least 2 ecm boats, and every single perwon in my gangs carries ecm drones and if they can they fit neuts. RR isn't so hard then lol neutral or not, who cares?


Solo PvP is a myth, always have backup in case the other guy is (and he will be) dishonorable :).

If a neutral is helping a war target, the neutral should become a valid war target for the duration of the war dec, not for only
15 minutes.

I was looking for this change too. At least the aggression timer one.

To the idiot saying repairing isnt an act of aggression....

Say Country X is at war with country Y. Country Z comes in and starts sending supplies and other forms of aid to country Y. This is clearly an intervention in the war, even if country Z doesnt directly attack country X. Country X will likely immediately declare war on Country Z in real life.

Of course games are not real life, but i think this should illustrate how aiding someone is intervening in a conflict for one side, and should be grounds for allowing the other side to destroy them.

As it stands theres no real way to kill logi in high sec.



To the idiot "laughing" about high sec PvP...

High sec is where real pvp happens. its not all about massive blobs and just trying to have more caps/supercaps than your opponent, and one-shotting things in succession with a hundred ships of identical fittings like null always is and low can often be.

High sec is mostly small scale skirmishes where player skill is a lot more important. Also composition cuz you dont actually get dozens of ships fit the same way. theres actual variance. and personal positioning matters much more.

For null, i'd say FC skill is more important there, but for high, personal pilot skill. Null is for leadership skill, high is for pvp skill.

Ok, well, in WoW, that healer healing the damage dealer IS A VALID TARGET. If anything, EVE fails completely on this note. An active participant in a fight can't be attacked (without CONCORD retribution) because he is 'neutral'? While actively repairing an aggressing ship...

I'm sorry, but according to the way pretty much everything else works in EVE, this one just doesn't make sense.
