Can I please get a clarification on the requirements needed for a response to be given to an email sent to the official email address about the Alliance Tournament?

Also, if I don't get a response within a reasonable timeframe, what should be my second line of communication to go through?

This is a great question. It's amazing how it is still ignored by CCP.

I have argued and even sarcasticly hinted towards the same.

The whole shroud of silence, the lack ofr communication and the utter disregard for players by deleting blue posts makes it look like other presedences we had in the passt.
Not one of them ended well for CCP I might add.
Every avalanche starts with a single pebble.

When is CCP going to understand that the butterfly effect comes in many forms and shapes.

Start by posting your questions here, im sure 99,9% of the threads OP are read by the tournament responsibles.

... about getting an official answer I would guess that will depend of the questions.

Questions here seem very easy ignored. Some answers feel like devs trolling and then a big blue cleanup.
How far can we trust it then?

A lot of valid questions were asked. Yet the answer is still in the dark.
This is what I personally call a big communication error.
And I think that a lot of people agree on that.

Rules on Sisi have always been somewhat different than rules on TQ, yet it seems that ruling on matters in regard to TQ can get influenced by actions on Sisi. And this is what bugs me.

Has CCP communicated with Hydra / Outbreak about their intentions?
No they haven't.
Has CCP ruled based upon actions on Sisi in regards to possible, and I emphasise possible" actions on TQ?
Yes they have.
Has there been verification that the merger on Sisi has been done to break the rules on TQ?
No there hasn't.
Has Hydra / Outbreak broken any rules at AT9?
No they haven't.
Does this mean they were planning to break the rules this year instead?
That is purely conjective and not build on facts but mere guttfeelings and idea's.

If suspicion of a rule being broken or going to be broken alone is sufficient to ban people I think we are in far deeper trouble than most even start to comprehend.

Doesn't the community agree that as paying customers, every eve person/corp/alliance are entitlted to a full explanation by senior management of sanctions imposed? It seems that no one is preparted to step forward, to put this thing to bed one way or another.

Wrong way of thinking.
This game isn't about what the community agrees upon.
It's on how certain elements perceive it.

Sadly enough the fair hearing should have started at the petitions made by Hydra / Outbreak.

As soon as a ruling isn't based on all the facts the right to anything becomes void.

Please let it go.

The ATX team are the judge, jury and executioners and their word is final. It doesn't matter if they are self absorbed and unaware of the views and needs of others. They know best.

But it's final so let it go. Please. We don't want to ruin our chances of ever entering again.
