I'm selling our wormhole because we are moving into a C4.

SELL : Wormhole C2

For a total of 12 moons.
PI here enables you to produce POS fuel, we are doing it.

Size :
VIII is at 9.20 au from sun
IX is at 16.17au from sun.
VIII and IX are at 25.00 au between them.

Occupancy :
System is occupied and guarded by our corp, it will be empty and leaved at the moment of the sold so no uninvited guest would join the party.
All the 9 customs offices are ours and are included.

A few datas :

• You can extract everything on planets except Planktic colonies, as there is every planet except Ice and Oceanic.
• C2 static is a good way to make money with sleepers.
• Low sec static allows you to be safe, as opposed to a high sec. But you can still buy some stuff out with a cloaky haul if needed.
• Actual Jita prices for Customs Offices Gantry + Components : 102mil each (918mil for 9 POCO's)
• Customs office : 10.000.000 shield / 500 passive peak / 200 minimum + 2.500.000 armor + 2.000.000 structure.
For a total of 15mil effective HP (+regen).

• Player owned customs office : reinforced at 2mil shield, will reinforce again if reaches 2mil5 before being attacked again. When it ends reinforced, POCO is at 0shield, then you have around 3hours max to hit the customs office when it ends reinfored, or it will reinforce again. As POCO will end reinforced in a defined time, if it's programmed into a timezone where no one is online, you can't virtually bring down a Customs Office.
• There is one dead Amarr Large POS with one small laser sentry on the only moon of IX. Dead since at least four months, which means that you can have all the other moons on D-scan.

PRICE :1.5bil

1. 1bil required to validate the buy, to reach the wormhole and verify if everything is good. If we have not already unanchored our POS, I give you all the 9 POCOs at this point.
2. 500 last mil after verification to have the POCOs if our POS is already unanchored / 500last mil after verification and we leave if our POS is not already unanchored.

As I said it's worth it, and the non-high sec exit is an assurance of being safer and less disturbed by external raiders. Also, the price is easily detailed by the time and money you'll save by having theses POCO's already yours. It's a safe system, easy to defend with it's small number of moons, and the planets makes it one of the better system for PI.

I already received a few convo of people interested in the sell, so the interest is here and the only thing that prevent them from buying is the time when the system will become available. I can't blame them for spending the remaining time looking for another WH that they could use quicker.

Of course if I'm unlucky we could reconsider the sell, but it's a bit too early for the moment :p
So be prepared to see a lot of bumps because I post everyday, that's allowed by the rules :)

Right now if you do the maths, POCO's value is around 900mil and I don't count the time needed to bring them down.
So basically, WH's pure price is in fact of 75mil for the first bid. Is it too much ?
