Selling this guy. He has -2.8 billion isk in his wallet. So that has to be taken into account.

Starting bid at 11 billion.

Buyout 16 billion.

Edit. Forgot to mention that he has 3 763 503 unallocated SP as well. And lowered the cost since I had no idea on what to take for him...

Edit.2 Since he has the debt, that price must be taken into consideration. So if he is sold for 11 billion, you would end up paying 13.8 billion for him...

I was under the impression that CCP rules states character has to have a positive wallet also there is no password provided for the skillsheet.
