Hey everyone, recently i had just installed EVE online on another computer for a friend of mine to let him try out the game. It seemed to have installed alright and after waiting for a very long time period for the video game to download on his less than stellar internet we finally tried to run the game and nothing good happened.

Whenever we hit the run button the screen flashes 3 or 4 times and then the music for the login screen starts playing but there's no login screen. The computer then locks up and can't be accessed unless we do a manual reset. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium (x64)
Intel Core i5 2410m
8gb DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon H6650m 1gb

EDIT: we tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, tried running the repair tool and we also tried clearing the cache. nothing has helped up to this point.

Are your drivers up to date? Also are you able to Alt + Tab or Ctrl + alt + delete at all?
