Hello, I sincerely believe that Technetium available from ring mining should be only available in the following regions:

Deklein
Venal
Tenal
Pure Blind
Fade

I put the full weight of my vast technical experience and talent behind this suggestion. In addition, I believe that every player who docks at a station in High-Security space more than 1 time a day should be required to pay a "Technetium Toll" for the privilege of being supplied with Technetium at all.

I find your idea intriguing. Would such a toll be exacted if a person docks at more than one station a day, or the same station more than once?
