Gallente COSMO missions: any status report?

Hello,
I'm a returning player after one year of absence from the game.
When I quit the game one year ago I was up to Gallente COSMO missions but do not remember at which point I was.

Of course when interacting with one of the agent and you get no mission it could be that they already gave their missions to you or you miss something in order to get job from them.

The point is that the line is broken now. Cannot find out where I was in order to retrieve story line.

Is there any way to get a status of my past mission or reset the storyline?

Yes,

Go to your STANDINGS page inside of your character sheet.

Find Gallente (The Empire).

Right click.

There will be a show info and I believe a show compositions button. Whatever button is NOT show info. Select that.

It will show you the last like 20 missions or so you did for them.

Don't know if this is CCP server side mechanic to lower the amount of data stored on the server or if it was a result of client side reset / redownload of the game. I'm leaning towards server side mechanic to ease the load on the server.

Anyway, I believe the option to 'Show Transactions' will only list missions completed/failed within the past year. Any missions completed/failed further back will not show in that list.

There is actually only one way to know for sure which Cosmos Agents you've completed or haven't completed, whatever the case may be.

'Show Information' on Agent - 'Standings' Tab - Look at the Agent standing towards your character (usually located near the bottom of the list).

This is the Agents personal standing towards your character. If you haven't completed any missions for that Agent, the standing amount listed will be 00.0 and if you have completed missions then a positive number will be listed.

Keep in mind that Cosmos Agents still go by the old original Quality level standing requirement for access and will accept standings modified by Social skills. The Evelopedia lists the modified standings needed to access the Agents as well as all their pertinent information such as name, location, etc. There's also guides listed for each Factions Cosmos and Walk-thrus listed in the 'Sites' section on the Cosmos Evelopedia page:

http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/COSMOS

Make sure you don't Fail, Quit or let the mission offer expire. If that happens, you could be locked out from accessing other Agents. Also most of the mission objective items can be bought from the Market or Contracts.

NOTE:
Some of the Cosmos Agents are bugged and may not offer a mission even if you have the required amount of standing needed and have never accessed them before in the past. Usually a re-log is all that's needed to reset the server and acknowledge your standings. If you have never accessed the Agent in the past and that Agent still refuses to offer you a mission after doing that, file a Petition in-game.

First off Welcome Back;

Secondly, I expereienced the exact same situation. Lucky for me I was able to sort it out using the Amarr Cosmos guide in wiki.

I do think that there ought to be a COSMOS Tracker similar to the Epic Arc Tracker, since they are so story line driven and have lots of jumping around.

Might make it a bit easier to track if you have to leave it for a peroid of time.

I don't really know how to put suggestions like this forward in an offical manner but if any of you UI or Mission DEV's look at this consider this suggestion.

GL and Fly Safe

I am a miner, mission runner, and explorer...

or as EVE Online would have it...

Good idea.... I endorse this suggestion. It doesn't remove any thrilling to the story and help to don't miss a bit of the story behind.
