If you wanna fly a Tengu, Overseer is your pilot.
You can buy me and earn lots of isks while you skill for other ships, just put him in a tengu and start killing rats/mission/anomalies :)

This is not personal to you, its just a point that needs to be made.

When someone makes a B/O offer, the intention is that you either accept their offer and give them the character or reject it because you want more isk. waiting to see if you get a better B/O offer is basically saying that you want more isk and that that offer has been rejected.

I would advise you ask the person who made the offer if they want to leave it as a bid, in which case the bid of 8b is irrelevant and the 10b bid is the current high bid.

remember a B/O offer is an offer to take the Character NOW bypassing the bidding process.
