Why bother setting up a cunning bait? It's not like anyone will be sticking around to fight even if fight initially appears somewhat balanced because a) they will suspect such bait b) be reluctant to engage anyway because they might actually lose a ship.

And if for some reason they decide to stick around anyway and lose a ship, other side will likely go and make a shitpost like this thread on eve forums about it.

Or fear of that bait when you're generally f*cking bored to tears and are genuinely going for that 2v7 or 1v3 fight just because you can only to watch them run away anyway Sad But thats FW for you, too many people overly concerned with winning fleet fight #9083532 so it leads to metagaming, convo invite spamming FCs/Logies, running away because you're down by only 2-3 pilots in number, etc etc. Lol

Did you know, to an outside observer you guys all look like a bunch of children crying about who ate the last slice of cake? And that said children have devolved into randomly slapping each other in hopes that it will resolve the situation?
