1. No issues with missile framerate despite all but one component in my PC being 3 years old.
2. Granted it's a little dark but Bronze > banana yellow any day
3. The new cost method has just shifted decshield methodologies, but it closed some other gaps nicely.
4. Nice to have it IN GAME and not need 3rd party tools to look at a kill
5. Merc marketplace and the bounty system are so different that I wonder if you know how either work
6. The rate at which systems change hands was nerfed. Do you actually read about the changes?
7. Unless everyone is wasting a mid on cap batteries all the sudden, this is a non issue
8. Some people use station and others use CQ. Some care about the avatars, some don't. Just because you don't doesn't mean it's a bad addition.
9. Choices mean more dev time to support both and slower updates to the game in general. Better to have change and continue to improve than to just do nothing with the most complained about aspect of the game (user interface) IMHO.
10. This is being revisited, most likely within the next 2 months
11. When were we ever able to do that?
12. When other incomes offer in large quantities something that is another occupation's sole product, that is abit of an issue. For mining this was resolve. For R&D this was... Well, were 1 of 2 I guess.
13. Not sure what you are referring to.

1. It seems to have been a driver issue last I saw when a dev was working on it

4. Not only that but it is instantly linkable into a chat (yay, no more paste attempts with cut off KMS \o/) and has links to all the modules and people involved as well as the ability to save the fit

6. The first guy seems to have forgotten that people have been whining about FW being left stale since at LEAST Apocrypha, maybe not all the changes are good ones or will just need some getting used to but don't ever say "we didn't ask for this"

7. Ya, I agree, I don't think that suddenly everyone and their month is gonna fit cap batteries, it's kinda like that little sneaky thing that no one really ever does anymore like tracking disruption and sensor damping. and FINALLY drone boats can be a threat without needing to rely on guns to be the other half of their DPS

8. They are also holding back on the rest of WiS BECAUSE of Incarna. They realized "woah hold on sec let's look at this......oh **** this is all based on what we had in Incarna and it all sucks just as much!....back to the drawing board, and let's do it RIGHT this time"

9. Not only is this correct but as a software dev myself the thought of implementing both systems side by side makes me shudder. I'd rather have two separate clients and if the back end stuff was bad enough I'd ask for a separate server too. The reason they were able to do a beta on TQ with the contract system back in Incursion was cause it was all just front end stuff. It was taking existing data and reorganizing it. The inventory system however took on so significant backend AND front end changes and obviously the old system's front end wouldn't play nice with the new system's back end.

11. By simply using the overview. The icons on the overview are still there so I dunno what the other guy is bitching about. I just used the effects panel to have a better "heads up" indication what's being done to me. Rather fitting that it's on the "Heads Up Display"

12. Personally I see it as an Un-featuring of the drone alloys. But really, what else can they do? You can't simply "buff mining". Ya know why? Cause player controlled market. If they increased the yields then everyone will be able to mine more and the value of ore goes down thus being seen as a nerf to the ISK per hour. They could make ore more scarce to increase mineral values there too though. Since the drone and loot changes already went in though, I want CCP to make a bigger mining ship or give a buff to the hulk or something. The individual miner needs to be able to mine more to come up with the "minerals per player" ratio that can keep the mineral prices low enough that T1 stuff doesn't feel so expensive but make the yield for an individual player high enough to compete with stuff like missions.

13. Ya, neither am I tbh...

Other than the fact that I have the skin tone of a piece of charcoal, I really don't see what's wrong with inferno...

Am I the only one who almost never complains about the awesome new features?
Seriously now, if you don't like something, complain about it in Test Server Feedback before it gets implemented into TQ.

SO your not happy with what CCP released.

Was there something else you would have preferred instead ?

Normally a discussion allows a person to propose their own ideas along with shooting down the ideas/work of another.

Especially sense you started the thread.

So you didn't like features x and y and you would have rather seen what ?

I love the UI. Sure it has a few bumps to be smoothed out, but it's a hell of a lot better than it was before. FW is certainly better than it was before as well, but it still feels like it's lacking something.

Greetings

BLUF: The OP is just whining. I just like to spread my thoughts around to all the similar posts.

That said, lets be honest with ourselves. By the time something hits Sisi it is too late to stop it from the expansion. It is basically a sounding board for the players to the Devs as to what will need to be looked at in future iterations. Personally I do not have issues with the intent of the new stuff and I realize change is always a rocky transition. As long as I have been playing these expansions has never been smooth. I have incredible empathy for the poor Devs who have to sift through the tripe in these posts for the truly good ideas. My advice would be to help with constructive ideas rather than the rants we have seen in the majority of these CAP riddled posts.

Call me naive but I believe CCP has the best interest of the game in mind when the good idea fairy rears its ugly head. Sometimes things work out, Crucible and sometimes not, Incarna. Kudos do go to them for at least listening to their player base when things go awry. Others developers are not so accommodating.

Everyone needs to relax and take a deep breath. Note where things have gone awry and bring them up in an appropriate manor as apposed to b*tching in the GD forum like a little girl....me no likie anything, me quit.

My son

Complaining is foolish.

Either Act.... or Forget.
