I don't think there are missions for exploration after the tuts. You just get out there and start scanning.

There are indeed no agents for exploration. Agents are basically the 'quest givers' of EvE, get this, go here, kill this, etc. Exploration is you, space, and probes.

Evelopedia Exploration guide

This should give you an idea of the basics of exploring. It can be frustrating at first, but end up very rewarding.

Best of luck to you.

Well technically there are such missions. They are called COSMOS missions and are given by special agents in specific constellations for each Empire Faction ( most of those agents are in space not stations ) --> COSMOS

Of course those missions are not exactly 100% exploration but quite close as you will need to do some complexes and it also involves some scanning/hacking/archeology work. As far as I know those missions are one time only ( however I may be wrong ).

Exploration is more about scanning on your own. You wont get any missions ( outside of COSMOS ones ). You just need to do it by yourself. Every system can spawn some cosmic signatures, which you can scan down and run.

The link provided by Kilrayn will get you started. You should also visit in-game "Exploration" chat channel, read the guides provided in MOTD and ask your questions there ( after reading the guides Attention ).

Here is some basic scanning tutorial if you need it : CCP Scanning Tutorial
