well dude i think its a fair offer but if you cant accept my offer for 4b now until remainder is paid in full fair enough but my next offer will be 14b isk as its my right as a bidder to offer what I want

What you are proposing is illegal, that is why the rule was quoted. read it carefully, you are not allowed to put a deposit, the payment must be made in full.

Maybe but I have done it several times on other accounts in the past I didn't read policies about forum rules but hey u learn new **** every day on eve

So ok i've sold 2 of my toons so far and have 11.5b so far and if i have to im sure my friend will lend me the rest so My offer now for your toon is 13.5b isk as my final offer and buy out
