Now me, I am wanting a Rattler, this is just more reason to buy. Only thing holding me back is that sleepers sometimes like to eat drones. I am not sure of how useful it would be in my primary environment, and I am trying to avoid hangar ornaments.

I shield tank, of course. Passive or active, although in my experience active works better for missions because it frees LOW slots for more BCS or - in this case - drone damage modules.

Are there any other shield-tanked drone boats I should be aware of? What about smaller hulles, like a drone frigate or detstroyer-sized drone boat? I doubt examples of the later exist, but I could be wrong.



Gila is better than ishtar (because slots/fittings and natural shield tank.

Rattlesnake better than domi because same bonus but +fittings +slots =better tank and +drone mods. If you play with sentry rig+missile rigs, ad Tp and you can for sure get out of some standard fit more dps than Domi.
Thing is that usually people tend to forget to use rigor rigs for cruise, and those are not an option if you mission with cruise, you need 2 to make those work properly.

I'm sure if you officer/dead space fit it you can do better, but tell us where you mission so we can come and test that thing, mkay? Lol
