looking for new pvp and pve droneboat fits

For pvp looking for fleet and small gang pvp fits for droneboat.

Pve looking at battleship dps and defense to match firepower of cnr or if possible a Mach like 800+ dps with rails , heavy ,or cruise, yeah tech 2 user or better. All droneboat from ishkur to ishtar, gila to rattlesnake or old domi.

Is it possible now?

For PvE, yes, it is possible. 3 drone damage mods (DDM?) and whatever highs and whatever bonused ship will get you there.

Now do your own work.

You are missing half the point.
For lvl 4s drop 2 or even all 3 sprs for caldai navy bcs and you have a much more efficitent mission oooor
I d also drop the cruise launchers for siege launchers on this ship tbh but that's neither here nor there...

Wouldn't removing SPRs make the tank quite flimsy? I mean three SPRs might be overkill (500-ish tank?), but no SPRs results in 250-ish tank, with maybe 100-150 DPS gained.

The Domi used to be able to push 900 before drone mods, perhaps witha weaker tank than that. This doesn't seem like an improvement.

I'm a cheapskate, so T2 modules only. The ACRs are probably the most expensive single thing, so I actually use a variant of this with an RCU, some implants, and less power grid, but you get the general idea.

If you stick in a relatively cheap +3% CPU implant, you can probably stick something into that empty mid slot.

Basically, I'm finding that a mix of 3xDDA and 3xMFS gives me the best overall damage; the rest of the fit is up to individual taste, with some damage modules sacrificed if it doesn't quite fit. Drop a DDA before an MFS.

Also, I used to use SDA rigs, but the CPU drawback even at Drone Rigging V makes it not worth it anymore compared to stacking up DDAs and overclock rigs.

Does 1262 dps with all 5, no implants. With rat-specific hardeners, this config tanks about 552 against Guristas. It's not cap-stable, of course; I usually use a variant with a medium cap booster to keep the XL booster pulsing. I haven't had any problems with cap in most of the L4s I've run with this.

No the tank on that is fine and the dps gain is more than that.

All the drone boats now have good gank fits with 3xDDA + 3xMFSII/BCUII + 1xDCU depending on variant.

For the comment that it is an expensive fit: it isnt rly you dont have to use CN BCUs you can use TIIs or if they dont fit then Domination (cheap).

Perma running a tank tends to gimp your dps. Turning on a repairer and leaving it on is old fashioned but something i do because i don't want lag/desync/DC to result in a lost ship. So lot's of cap modules required to tank repairers.
