WTB starter toon, just core skills, budget 10b, possibly more

Hi guys

I'm looking to buy a starter toon. The more blank it's corp/kill history, the better.

I want it to be a toon with as many pvp related core skills to V as possible. That means lots of yellow and very little white on eveboard.

My budget is 10b isk but may be a little more for the right toon.

The specific things I want are:

Engineering, Electronics, Navigation and pvp related science skills to V. Weapon Upgrades and Advanced Weapon Upgrades to V would be a bonus. I am not concerned about spaceship command skills or subsystem skills. The closer you can get to this description, the more likely I am to be interested.

The toon must also be a male character.

I have one last stipulation. Toons with stupid names will not even be considered. Must be a good name with no spelling mistakes.

I've got plenty of time to look so if you have a toon matching what I want, linky here please.

Sorry, too much wasted SP in industry and too many whites, I'm looking for lots (read, almost all) V's in engineering, electronics, navigation and pvp related science skills.

That's a nice toon but it's not exactly what I want so I suspect you're wanting more for it than I'm willing to pay.

I think 90m SP is a little out of my price range. You're looking about 28-30b ish for that kinda SP.
