Just train the longest skills you have. That way you only need to check it every month or so.

Ah. My condolences.

You will just have to chalk it up as loss training time unfortunately.

This gets my approval.

But CCP being CCP, they WANT you to log in so i cant see it happening anytime soon.

Yep.

As for the EULA, yes it's against the EULA.

Is it a particularly high priority for CCP to crack down on the people who get friends/family to update their skills while they can't (deployment, travel, illness, emergency, etc)? Ehhh, somehow I doubt it.
Not to say that substantive sharing of accounts is endorsed/permitted/etc, tacitly or otherwise, but the above case is unlikely to be aggressively searched for.

I think its stupid that CCP will not make this part of eve gate, if you have a paid for subscription, then what difference does it make if you log into the game or not. I work away from home for half of the month and i have to work out the longest skills to train for that period as the pcs at work wont allow installation of any programs, only Internet access.

A program needs something to run on...

What are you running this program on?

I can set skills from my cell phone so...

A website is not a program...

Also that's in the EULA to make CCP's job easier... they don't need to care over any account sharing issues...

In a this limited circumstance, I am saying that CCP is unlikely to care.

Would be nice to pay isk for the service of being able to update via web.

High cost to prevent abuse, but there if you really really need it.

You should install Windows 7 to a USB drive and install EVE on there.

You'll need to get to the BIOS options at boot by pressing F2 or something. Then move boot from USB up to spot number 1. If a boot-able USB is plugged in your computer will attempt to boot from it on restart.

Wow look at you, you have a portable Windows OS with your games

Edit: I forgot to add, you should obviously pirate Windows for this, so you don't have to pay 7000 dollars for it.

So, with all this effort why not just install eve to the usb drive and run it from the USB drive on the systems native OS?

O right because you are too stupid to understand that would work and be way less effort...

Don't like windows price, make your own, use something that is free...
