Now that CCP has nerfed the loot drops from Rogue Drones they should follow through and finish balancing them.

Currently they hold bounties equivalent to other NPC Pirate Factions.

However they do not:
Routinely drop loot, (maybe 1 in 300 will actually not be an empty wreck and loot they do drop is worthless)
Drop BPC's, etc.
Have Officer Spawns
Increase Security status.

I propose CCP either add something to drones to make payout equivalent, whether its in the form of some drops, or just a percentage increase in bounties. I also propose that drones give security status similar to all the other npc pirate factions.
