Sabre take a look at my build above for the Rupture, it's used in RvB a lot for killing faction frigs. Also read the bottom section where is provides instructions on how to use it.

What Hail Goddess said. Basing your fit on "everyone else is an idiot" doesn't make sense, even though there's many idiots. It's about strategy and tactics and if you can't see that then well, yeah. Your "look here at this video" doesn't help you in that regard, he's fighting fricking morons.
