Hi

Can anyone advise why I cant log into sisi. I can log into tq normally but on sisi it keeps saying incorrect log in or password.

I recently changed my pw.

Is that the problem and if so is there anyway to update it as i forgot what it was

2. Password change

"My account is active, but when I try to log in it says the username/password is incorrect, help?"

If you changed your password on Tranquility since the mirror was taken, you will have to use your old TQ password. If that doesn't work or you can't remember your old password, READ CAREFULLY:

- you need to contact a member of the CCP QA staff on IRC, because...
- we CANNOT reset your password on the test server. Please do not ask us to, we can't do it.
- read the instructions in Evelopedia on how to connect to IRC. The channel is #eve-chaos.
- QA staff have the [QA] Tag.

IMPORTANT! Verify the identity of the people you speak to on IRC by right clicking their nickname and selecting "Whois". Do not give your username or password to anyone who is not a CCP employee, even if they claim to be.
