OK , I'm probably gonna sell this char for the wright price

he is minmatar and gallente FW general
has lvl 4 missions open with guristas, SOE and many more
remap is available in couple months so just in time to finish with all skills on intelligence and memory - you will never gonna need to remap him again on int and mem :)
gunnery is perfect
minmatar frig, cruiser and BS on lvl 5
logistics lvl 5
covert and interceptor lvl 5 - perfect tackler

skillz

have 3 jump clones with some +4's and some speed implants
all CCP rules apply
isk will go to this char ...
auction will start with 11 billion and will end when it get to 15 billion
