Either directly from CCP or third party sites who bought them from CCP. But more accurately, from sad saps who frequently lose their ships, but aren't capable of or refuse to make the isk to replace their losses. Lol I used to do it but I stopped on principle, if you're buying plex to trade for isk you may as well open a second account. Smile

that was in response to his "hurr CCP doesn't make any money from people who sub with PLEX" comment
