Requirements:

Caldari.
Civire (prefer but not nessesary).
Mercenary (prefer but not nessesary).
Male.

1: Normal "Name" and "Surname" - extremely important. For example: John Warton.

2: Available rebuild character. - extremely important.

2-11 mil SP At all. May be a bit more.

"Spaceship command", "Electronics" and "Gunnery" needed.
Other skills can be varied.

3: Positive or zero Security Status
Positive or zero Reputation rate. Thats all.

Recustomisation available as of the last patch and has not been used.
