The GMs did a two day crunch yesterday and the day before. Everyone not on shift showed up to work anyway and everyone worked until 10 in the evening. The response time has improved a lot as a result although I don't have any exact numbers right now.

You can rest assured I will be sure to make mention of what must be fairly arduous working conditions in the GM space in my email to Mr Pétursson. Obviously he is not getting the emails internally.

Also, as a point of clarification to an earlier post it has been one day and eleven hours.

There was candy and snacks in 20 liter bowls throughout and beer at the end of it all...so working conditions were tolerable :)

Just wondering what the average petition time is at the moment Guard, with regards to my entire corp vanishing and taking virtually everything with it. Also, keep up the good work, and don't get too fat eating all that candy Big smile

Funny, I always assumed people sold their labour for fiat currency these days. Anything else would arguably seem like a form of indenture - and not a particularly healthy one in this case.

Different strokes for different folks one can only conclude, I haven't worked in every part of the world.

Regardless, my petition sits in the system somewhere between sugar rush and beer regret. A relatively simple matter to correct, yet unresolved.

Did anyone else hear that? Sounded like somebodies petition time just got stretched out further.

Do you smell what the Lock's cooking?

Do you know something that has not yet been shared in this thread?

If you have any insights as to how the process works I would be more than happy to hear it.

Lies, you've been grumpy from the start. At best you'll reach slightly irritated.

You can find my answer in the thread about wanting a forum section where people can talk directly to CCP anytime they please.

As GMs are understandably busy post patch I'm willing to help with consumption of free beer and snacks to ease their load.

I lost a ship Monday evening due to the server crashing for a second and got it resolved yesterday morning so it was about 2 days or so. Not too bad

in to my second day of waiting to find out why my corp nuked itself, taking all of my corpmates stuff with it.

Well more time in Petition limbo.

It's been more than a week now and CCP have still not resolved the problem.

You know what helps petition times, bitching about them..

It's like when you go to the DMV, the best way to get service is to yell at them.. they will do everything they can to help you then..

In short, Elijah Bry'an Baudoin, I think I can sum up your petition response in this.
The logs show nothing.

So they have responded? In that case the reason you're waiting is either investigation time, or they've decided you're bad and should feel bad, but you don't feel bad so you've repetitioned.

Never had a petition take longer than a day, or a bug report take longer than three to get a response. And I filled plenty of both.

Maybe the problem is not with the GMs, but with your petitions?

I admire your ability to call out something that obviously piques the interested of interested parties be they GM's or support. Well done to you.

No, no the petition is quite clear. I am not sending multiple petitions, that wouldn't help matters be resolved any faster.

People who submit multiple petitions on the same topic are doing themselves and CCP a disservice.

It's all there in plain English, for some reason there just seems to be a needless run around.
