The recent drop in carebears has impacted in my high sec region, the lack of these players has lead to a drop in PVP and now the new expansion could have put the last nail in the coffin , market movement has dropped of massively and its mostly newbies purchasing ships on the market.

Players spin ships, run missions, read forums and hope that some of their questions get answered.
CCP are losing the battle and maybe now it’s out of their control, new player base is unaware of issues and existing players have lost their passion, it’s not all bad, there has been some good changes, but I’m not sure it’s enough, CCP were given the warning signs but perhaps because they are a peaceful race didn’t heed them.

To all the players in New Eden, I salute you and I hope that you continue to play through these tough times and maybe in a week or two New Eden will return to its forma glory. Present CCP with real ideas and facts and leave petty squabbles behind, CCP is a real corporation with employees and families who need stability, so don’t unsubscribe move forward, breathe life back into New Eden.

CCP are not a charity. If they need families and stability they just have to not release trash.

Unsubbing is the only vote that players may use to express their opinion.

I am afraid that what the Op has described is actually happening.
EVE is again bleeding players and we can only hope this loss of players is stopped somehow.
What's the point of gaining 100 new accounts today and then losing 200 accounts tomorrow ?

There will now be flames of "Oh another EVE is Dying again" thread and "can I haz your stuff" and "working as intended" and other comments made. The fact is what is happening now is just a small indication, a tip of the iceberg, of what could potentially happen, that is, more players than might have been expected to leave EVE, will leave.

Before you jump up and down, no, I am not leaving EVE, just writing down what I am seeing ingame.

This is all an indication of a condition which needs attention. It is an accumulation of the Integrated Inventory, the Factional Warfare, the War System, the undelivered fixes to the Crime system. In short, EVE appears to be in a state that Incarna left it in.

I hope things work out. They should.
In the meantime, EVE bleeds.

Between myself and my family we have unsubscribed 8 accounts, I pay annually, I thought this was the answer too but nothing had change and I’m sure I’m not the only one, but now my 7 dormant accounts seem to be threatened by the very real possibility of being erased permanently.

Carebears crying is always a good sign. It means the game is in a healthy state.

Wait, what?

The expansion was good! Yes there are some issues, but CCP is already working on them. (they already released a patch for the inventory)

What problems are you talking about?

Kind of bad actually when you realize over half the game population is made up out of hi-sec dwelling carebears.
Might not like their non-pvp ways but their subs are what keep the game running.

What? There are lots of new players buying ships on the market, therefore Eve is dying? Today I learned that new players = death.

Also of course you're not having any fun, you're living in highsec. Why not try playing the game that CCP keeps advertising in their trailers.
