Hello! I recently came back from a long haitus. Is it possible for me to put up a sale of my Alts, get the ISK from the buyer and buy PLEX from that money (for the transfer fee) and then begin transferring the character?

I just wanna make sure if that's possible and within CCP rules (As I have no ISK currently to pay for the transfer fee via PLEX).

As long as you actually use the isk to buy the plex's and don't scam the buyer, then that's perfectly acceptable.
